Mr king of dance is finally doing a world tour.
You might know him as the king of dance hall or even mr the world boss but most importantly Vybz Kartel. Since Vybz was released from prison back in 2024 we have seen him everywhere. From performing with the queen of dancehall Spice, having his first ever show in jamaica since his release, making a special facetime appearance at culture clash and of course performing at the Mobo award in London.
When it comes to Vybz Kartel’s music catalogue he has never let us down. He has released songs that will get you into a partying mood no matter where you are or what you are doing. Songs such as Summer time, Fever, Last man standing, Street vybz plus so much more. Along the years he has also collabed with some outstanding artists in the industry such as Busta Rhymes, Stefflon Don, Popcaan, Skilliebeng and Spice.
When it comes to Vybz Kartel performing he has mainly performed in the United States or Jamaica however that is about to change this summer because he will be headline Wireless. Wireless is a massive music festival where all different arts will perform their biggest hits and this year Mr World boss will be headlining his first ever wireless show alongside Drake on Sunday 13th July. Nevertheless if you did not get wirlesses tickets no need to be disheartened because he also headlining a concert in Malat called freedom street. A four day take over celebrating reggae, dancehall and caribbean culture. This event will take place form the 11th – 14th September 2025.
Although he has given us all of the headlines at some of the biggest festivals he has not stopped there because on the 20th May 2025 it was announced that he is doing a tour called the Worl Boss tour. He will be performing in Amsterdam 7th July 2025 , Paris 10th July 2025, London 4th September 2025 , Manchester 10th September 2025 and Birmingham 19th September 2025. The tickets go on sale for the general public on the 23rd May 2025 at 10:00 am.
Kartel has changed dancehall music in so many ways and he has influenced many artist from jamaica and also around the world as well. Vybz is up to bigger and better things this year and us at the beat london 103.6 fm can not wait to see what he brings to all of his concerts this year.
