Over the weekend I attended UKG Brunch at the iconic Ministry of Sound.

To get us all in the Christmas spirit, it was UK Garage meets Funky House. Boy, when I tell you the vibes we’re vibing! The event started at 12pm and ended at 9pm, plenty of time for people to enjoy no matter what time they turned up.

This was a complete mixed crowd of all ages, and all demographics. It was for the REAL Garage and Funky lovers. Giving us Live PA’s were:

If you’re looking for a feel good event with plenty of throwback bangers to hype you up and make you shake a leg or two, this is the event to be at. Everyone was there for the nostalgia and vibe that Funky and Garage brings. It’s so amazing that over 20 years later from when these genres were massive, they still sound just as fresh today. Even though the music industry have moved on sound wise, Garage and Funky will forever live on.
