Yesterday, Sunday 23^rd April 2023, the government launched a new scheme in which at 3pm, every phone in the United Kingdom had a trial emergency alarm go off. 

The phone alarm was a test, for a new idea that if we as a country are in danger, we can be efficiently altered, if we need to escape, and find safety. The need for this, was due to Russia announcing a potential attack they may make upon the UK.
