Rihanna has welcomed her third child with partner A$AP Rocky and revealed the newborn’s quirky name. The “Umbrella” singer shared a photo on her Instagram of her bouncing baby girl and first daughter, Rocki Irish Mayers. Rihanna, 37, welcomed her baby girl Rocki born on September 13 2025 and revealed that her daughter’s name is in honour of her partner A$AP Rocky and the middle name Irish is a sweet tribute to her late father Ronald Fenty’s heritage who was of African, Irish, English, and Scottish descent. The Fenty brand owner publicly confirmed in May 2025 she was expecting her third child as she showed off her bump at the Met Gala. Within her recent Instagram picture, the new mom-of-three looked unbelievably glamorous whilst holding her daughter who was adorable in a cute pink outfit with lace socks.
The superstar and A$AP, real name Rakim Mayers, have been friends for more than a decade before they started dating in 2020, following Rihanna’s split from her ex-boyfriend Hassan Jameel. Two years after getting together, in May 2022 the couple welcomed their first son RZA. Rihanna famously announced her second pregnancy during her Super Bowl Halftime Show in February 2023, where she debuted her baby bump. She gave birth to their second son, Riot Rose, in August of that year. In a recent interview A$AP spoke about the couple’s new baby and revealed he was ‘praying’ for a girl after previously welcoming two boys.
