Today, he’s a trusted relationship expert on Married at First Sight, Head of Global Research at Tinder, and host of the podcast We Need To Talk. All the while, he’s pushing people everywhere to have the conversations they’d normally avoid.
This conversation will be moderated by serial entrepreneur, author, and the event’s founder and CEO himself, Dr Raphael Sofoluke.

In conversation with Koby “Post” Hagan & Alex Boateng: One built the platform. One rebuilt the label. Both still shape the sound
Koby “Post” Hagan built GRM Daily from a scrappy YouTube channel into the platform behind Daily Duppy, a launchpad for J Hus, Central Cee and Nines.
Alex Boateng spent a decade shaping major label campaigns for Drake, Giggs and Ray BLK before co-founding 0207 Def Jam, home to Stormzy and Potter Payper.
This will be moderated by Shanie Ryan, a presenter, host, property expert & lifestyle content creator.

What is UK Black Business Week?
Launched in 2021, it’s a week for Black professionals and entrepreneurs to learn how to elevate their careers and businesses. Equally important throughout the events, the event encourages attendees to connect and network. Initially premiering with over 10,000 attendees, it is predicted to see over 15,000 this year.
On Saturday 17th October, marks a decade for the accompanying UK Black Business Show.
All under the Black Business Experience, the events champion and empower Black talent, innovation, and enterprise. Each year, events are held during Black History Month, signifying the up-and-coming Black industry trailblazers of today.
