Megan Thee Stallion bossing it as an independent artist
Last night officially sealed a huge milestone in the blossoming career of Megan Thee Stallion.
Fresh off of becoming an independent artist, she has now completed her self-funded ‘Hot Girl Summer’ tour.
The 27-date tour started in her native USA back in May, with The O2 being her final stop.
By all accounts, the show was a smash hit, as she delivered big time for her loyal international fans.
Delivering for the people
Meg knows how to mark a big occasion, and delivered as expected.
Beyond putting on a great show, she saved something special for the grand finale.
To the surprise of the O2 crowd, she brought out Japanese rapper Yuki Chiba to perform their hit song ‘Mamushi’.
The song is viral on TiKTok, which has also helped it to crack the Top 50 on the Billboard Hot 100.
An inspiration for others
Megan Thee Stallion is going from strength to strength since becoming an independent artist.
To be in a financial position to do a self-funded world tour speaks to how well she has done so far in her career, and how ambitious her plans are moving forward.
The weather in the UK has been far from ideal this summer, but at least Meg brought the Hot Girl Summer to the O2.
