Lauren Pisciotta began working for the Yeezy fashion line in July 2021, just before its launch. Known as an influencer, Lauren also collaborated with Kanye on several Donda tracks and was offered $1 million (equivalent to £1.4 million) for the role.
Kanye West is being sued by his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, for sexual harassment and wrongful termination. Pisciotta alleges that she began working for West in July 2021 to assist with the launch of his Yeezy fashion line and was offered $1 million for the position, with the condition of being available 24/7. She claims that in 2022, West asked her to delete her OnlyFans account to become more “God-like,” promising to increase her salary to $2 million, a promise he never fulfilled.
Pisciotta’s lawsuit outlines numerous instances of inappropriate behavior, including vulgar text messages, sharing explicit sexual content, and making unwanted advances.
The Model is seeking compensation for breach of contract and a hostile work environment. This lawsuit comes on the heels of another recent allegation against West involving racial discrimination by a former employee at his Donda Academy.
