Jay-Z and Diddy’s sexual assault accuser has dropped her civil lawsuit.
The accuser, who claimed that Jay-Z and Diddy drugged and sexually assaulted her when she was just 13 years old in 2000, dismissed her case with prejudice on Friday 14th February, which means that she will be unable to refile her case against them.
Despite this, Diddy is still in prison awaiting his May 5th trial for his racketeering and sex trafficking charges. He is facing multiple civil lawsuits from other men and women accusing him of sexual assault and other misconduct, with many represented by Tony Buzbee’s firm.
