In the UK we have seen many musical/comedy acts come up, from the likes of Roll Safe, Big Shaq, Niko and more, but this genre went cold since Lockdown. These artists make ‘comedy raps’ from songs which are currently hits in the country, and no matter the person, they always blow up. On the Sunday, the personality Munya AKA Unknown P (word play of Unknown T) remixed Digga D’s Energy and it went viral. The video is currently sitting at 200K videos, 33.7K likes in 24hours, which is amazing!

Unknown P has been going viral a lot for these remixes a lot recently with him doing a ‘Daily Duppy’, a rap about Piers Morgan and more.

The rap remix had impeccable word play, he covered topics from the cost-of-living crisis, the egg shortage, boxing matches, nurse strikes and politics. The comments were going crazy, saying that this song should be played worldwide and as a society we need to open to the imperfections and unfairness of our society.
