The Bronx native, Cardi B has just released the second single from her long awaited sophomore album ‘Am I The Drama?’

On Imaginary Playerz, Cardi takes aim at her haters, telling them there is no competition.

The track cleverly samples track of the same name, Jay-Z’s Imaginary Players. He co-signed the release of Cardi’s single himself before it saw the light of day. Cardi said “If he didn’t approve it, I probably wouldn’t even feel a certain type of way neither, because it’s like, ‘OK, maybe I just had to come a little bit harder,’” (Billboard).

Am I The Drama? is released on September 19th.

The fans are impressed with her latest offering, calling it “90s influenced” and “Foxy/Lil’ Kim” coded.
