Rihanna Unites World Leaders On Twitter Over #FundEducation

After forming her own Navy, it's fair to say that Rihanna has A LOT of influence on the world of social media.

On Friday 23rd, the 'Work' singer showed us just how much influence she has, after bringing some of the most powerful world leaders together for the Global partnership For Education.

The star took to Twitter to promote the pressing importace of the G20 Summit that is due to take place in Hamburg, Germany next month. According to the Global Citizen website, the organisation are aiming to make children's education a priority at the summit after quoting that there are  “263 million children and youth [who] are currently out of school.”.

To help the GP along with their mission the Bajan songstress urged her Navy to become Global Citizens and then continued to tweet the leaders included Mauricio Macri of Argentina, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of Canada, President Emmanuel Macron of France, and government spokesman Steffen Seibert of Germany.

The star's witty outreach even received a few responses from some of the men in power.

This isn't the first time that Rihanna and Global Citizens have worked together with the star's Clara Lionel Foundation working with the organisation to raise $3.1 billion within the next one to three years to help provide education to those youth who don’t have access to it due to poverty, conflict and discrimination.
